I never know where the world will take me.
But you'll always find me here.
The one at sea . . .
May 2017-February 2018
Quick turn around here! The very next day after graduation, Megan ships off to spend the next 9 months singing and sailing with Royal Caribbean on The Harmony of the Seas! She will be playing Patty Simcox, as well as understudying the role of Sandy in their production of Grease!
The One with the new wig. . .
A-Womp-Bam-Boom! This weekend Megan will get to make her understudy debut as Sandra Dee onboard The Harmony. Check out her Instagram (@Foxieehoxiee) for show updates and other behind the curtain shenanigans.
The one with the diploma . . .
On May 19th, Megan will graduate with honors from Marymount Manhattan College. After four years of studying musical theatre, she is ready to jump into the real world. Look out world, here she comes!
The one with the no-name Princess . .
Kings, clowns, and cats.. oh my! Megan takes on her fourth and final mainstage production at Marymount, in Love's Labor's Lost as Princess. Directed by Christine O'Grady (Keen Company, Transport Group, Roundabout Theatre Co.) the production turned a classic Shakespeare into a mad cap evening of fraternity bros, witty women and east-german performance art.
The one with all the blood . . .
Megan has the pleasure of working on the first staged reading of a new musical entitled Archie's Final Project: AKA My Suicide. "Archie's" is an emo-rock video opera based on the cult film by David Lee Miller, telling the story of a fiercely intelligent and deeply angsty teenager, who causes a furor at his high school when he threatens to kill himself on-camera for a class project. Megan will play Sierra Silver, the cheerleading captain who throws Archie's plan off balance when she seeks to “co-star” in his film.
The one with the monkey . . .
Megan is elated to be reprising the role of Janet van de Graff in Marymount Manhattan College's production of The Drowsy Chaperone! She can't wait to begin her senior year with another chance at a life of glamour.
The one where nothing is as it seems . . .
Megan has the pleasure of joining a completely re-imagined production of Frank Wildhorn's Wonderland. She will understudy Alice while filling out an ensemble of cats, caterpillars, and other wonderlandians!
The one with all the mattresses . . .
In her second mainstage at MMC, Megan will be joining the ensemble of Once Upon a Mattress (directed by Ryan Kasprzak). Set in the days of old vaudeville, this show within a show production follows a troupe of vaudevillian performers telling the tale of the princess and the pea. You won't be short on laughter (or rubber chickens) by the end of the evening!
The one with Weltanschauung . .
Kicking off this new semester, Megan will be taking on the role of Logainne “Schwartzy” Schwartzandgrubenierre in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee! A dream role, Megan can't wait to have a mental breakdown and drink apple juice onstage.
The One with all the pink. . .
Megan is starting 2019 by heading out on tour with Big League Production's national tour of Legally Blonde as fitness Empiress, Brooke Wyndham. Check out Blondeontour.com to see if she's coming to a city near you!
